Hey i think i might have it. The egr tube thing (passenger side...blows out air) that thing if i remember used to stop blowing at times before this started happening and now it blows out air constantly and dosent shut. I dont know if this is the egr valve or what its a can like object with a bunch of tubes coming off of it and it blows out air....?
I'm not sure what you're referring to but it sounds like the EVR (EGR Vacuum Regulator) ---- it should have two vacuum lines, one heading over to the EGR and one coming from vacuum source.
It will bleed off vacuum normally as its function is to either apply, trap or bleed off vacuum to the EGR. It runs through a duty cycle (apply vacuum, trap vacuum or bleed off vacuum) depending on inputs from the EEC --- it sound likes it's de-energized allowing vacuum to vent off to the atmosphere...........it is electromagnetic and may be hung up (in spite of what the EEC is telling it to do)..............
I still believe you have fuel pressure issues (based on the bad readings above), exhaust leak issues (see my writeup and what that can lead to), and now an EGR issue --- normally that would throw a code and we see (frequently) HEGO (Oxygen Sensor) and EGR codes occurring in "pairs"........

Photos would help. I think you are referring to the Air Injection system. It will blow out air (bypass mode) when it is not injecting air into the catalytic converter.
Hey the exhaust leak is pretty minor and i ve already driven 15k on it since i did them so i dont think thats the problem guys. If the air injection valve thingy was stuck and it was in this bypass mode would it cause the rich condition? Really confused on this one guys need some help. Also cant do pics im on my phone...for the last guy i dont have any pictures but just imagine a can of folgers coffee mix and a couple 2 inch diameter plastic hoses coming off of it with a nipple thing on the outside that blows out air
So rechecked fuel pressure it is 40 when i cycle the key a couple times, 30 when it is running, and goes up to 40when you unplug the vacum at the regulator. Also dont listen to what i said above. There is the folgers coffee can like thing on thr bottom and then a smaller cylinder like thing on the top that smaller one on the top is the one that blows all the air out. The thing hasent shut like it used to? Just someone tell me what i have to do to get this light off

Sure sounds like the air injection output muffler assembly to me.
Run the KOER tests. They will cycle the TAB and TAD solenoids. When the TAB is activated the air from the air pump is dumped to the atmosphere. Perhaps one of the valves is stuck open.
There is no koer codes when i go to do it the cel flashes 4 times and then the motor goes through and does its thing and then the light dosent flash anymore

That is a problem. Perhaps the cause of your issues. ...bad PCM.

Very rare failure mode.
How do you know bad pcm ive looked at every single one of the error code websites and not a single one of them lists that as a code? Also if it was pcm wouldnt i notice a change in power?
