I think all the 94.5 trucks that has diesels in them had a "Turbo Diesel" tag on the fender. I know the 94.5 PSD that I parted out did. Those are the fenders that Todd has now and they still have those old school badges on them.
The fact that it's an IDI is not all bad, either. The 7.3 IDI isn't known for being a screamer, but they're rock solid engines that are cheap to maintain and repair and will deliver years of service if you keep up with them. They're all mechanical so there is significantly less wiring and electronics on an IDI truck, which makes them a lot more simple to work on. There are even a couple guys on here working to make some pretty impressive power gains on those older platforms as well. Check out this "little thread" if you're interested in what is possible with the IDI and some aftermarket goodies. Long story short he is producing parts that will get you real close to 400 rwhp if you want to take it that far. And he's working now on a P-pump for his setup just to see how much abuse it will take.
