cowl vent

I can't be the only one who can not figure out how to install the cowl vent Any tricks that I am missing? I went though my shop manual and I did not see anything on the cowl vent

The key points are: take the spring-loaded bolt out, and do it with the lid removed. Just a matter of cork-screwing it into place.

edit: I assume you have a 48 - 52, you should put that info in your Signature.
