What bulbs in Cluster?

The wife's 2001 Expedition XLT has several cluster illumination bulbs out as well as the airbag light. Everything I check says the bulbs are 194's and 37's but when I pulled the cluster I found a base with the bulb soldered in. It's a 1/4 turn base and each bulb has 2 small copper wires soldered to an ear on each side of the base. It appears to be a B8 style base but I can't find any part numbers anywhere, either on the bulb or on the internet. The illumination lights have a white base and the airbag light has a black base and looks to be just slightly smaller. Anyone run into this or have part numbers. I would replace them with LED's if I knew what size to order.
