fuel issue
Swoped engine in 02 F350 now have no fuel.#303 injector drove module relay is fluttering.no fuel to filter . Replaced fuel pump just as proticall

Sounds like a missing or bad ground, make sure your engine is grounded and the chassis is grounded, you know how you get that starter clicking when your battery is weak, that what you have happening. the relays are not getting full power or ground thru the pcm to close all the way, and they chatter like those windup teeth laughing at you.
