So it appears that the fx4 and the sport pkg have to be combined to have a real fx4 pkg truck, cloth for the xlt and leather for the lariat!

Now that they've dumbed it down for guys like me, it makes sense. I'm lovin' that KR with chrome bumpers.

Niiice. Lariat Sport really tickles my fancy. Wonder if ic ould get that package with the decal delete?

It does look like the smoked lights that were on the FX4 are no longer on any of the packages. I really liked those, but I guess aftermarket (probably Recon) will be able to provide that.

Lariat Chrome with FX4 looks sweet. I'm tired of painted bumpers. The chrome stay flawless for years.

You may be right about the chrome lasting longer, but I still prefer the painted look.

I'm with you on this one, we use chrome remover on the highways up here, at least with painted bumpers, I can spot repair them!

There are pros and cons I guess but the only external flaws on my 2007 F250 is the painted front bumper.

Maybe I'm old school but a little chrome and polished aluminum wheels really dresses a truck up.

I will say that painted plastic lasts a whole lot longer like on my wife's Mountaineer. The painted steel is what's hard to keep a finish on.
