hi riverking my first post, question? p1670 says signal from idm not received. what to do about it? idm works on another truck 2000 f250, i assumed it would work on mine f350

What year truck is this and what motor? Do you have a Diesel? If yes go to the Diesel forum with your question.
The IDM signal was used on the earlier older gas motors with distributer and TFI ignitions systems.
Not on the 97 and later gas motors.
