Parking brake
Just installed brand new pads and shows in the rear and my Emergency brake has good tension while pressing down but does not hold very well when pressed all the way down
How do you adjust them from the backside and which way does it need to go up or down

Did you install new rear brakes or new parking brakes? (2 different things).
I don't remember which way to turn the wheel, but there's a plug on the back side that you can remove to access the wheel and either use a brake adjusting tool or flat blade screwdriver to adjust it.
