periodic spark

Fuel pump died on my 1996 f250 after new one was installed truck wouldn't start I have fuel pressure but no spark. Replaced ICM, and ignition coil got spark but after I drove the truck about 50ft it died.could I have a issue with the wiring in the tank or fuel system safety that's causing this

Your fuel pump has nothing to do with your ignition, so no it's not anything in your fuel tank causing you to lose spark. If you've got a new ignition module and your ignition switch is good, and your secondary ignition parts (rotor/cap/plugs/wires) are good the distributor is about the only thing left to go bad.
