Front Bed Panel Replacement?

Front Bed Panel Replacement?
I've got to replace the front bed panel which is held together with 4 bolts ( 2 on each side) at the top then several rivets down the panel joining the sides. For those of you who have done the replacement, what do you use in place of the rivets? I don't really want to use bolts and nuts in place of the rivets and don't have access to a rivet gun.

I used button head stainless screws with locking nuts. Worked OK.

I plug welded mine through the existing holes.

I also used SS Allen head bolts with plastic lock nuts.

Or go for rivets again, I'm looking into it for mine, not hard to do.
