Ball Joint grease
Recently had upper and lower ball joints installed.Greasable.How
often should they be regreased,and how can you tell:
a)When they need regreasing?
b)When they are full?
I will be using the white lith.
I do quite a bit of off-roading on the beach.

Ball Joint grease
Don't use white lithium on anything but door hinges & the like. For the ball joints, u-joints, & other hi-load spots, use ONLY hi-pressure grease, preferrably hi-temp, too (disk brake wheel bearing grease). Never use boat trailer grease - it won't take the heat. They're full when grease squirts out the seals, and they need grease whenever you get back from dunking them or ~30,000 miles.
