Good luck with working with the dealer, we purchased our first F250 today, 2014 Extended cab XLT, was hard to find an extended cab, lots of super cabs or crew cabs to be had. With the Ford incentives to purchase an F250 the truck was 10,500 off the MSRP. We thought we were getting a fair deal until we talked our trade in, by the time we signed paperwork I thought we were shorted about 1000.00 Tried to get them to throw in an extended warranty or a the back up camera but they didn't bite.
That being said I think it was an ok deal, not fantastic or that good feeling purchase but ok.
Now if your looking for a 2014 F150 wow they had a lot of them on the lot and they were willing to deal.
I initially thought I was going to buy an F150 but after looking at them I decided I wanted something a little heavier. That's what led me to the F250 vs Ram 2500, and I've pretty well decided to go with a diesel either way as well because I think I'll like it better in the long run.
As people wait for the 2015 F150 to come out, I bet you'll be able to get a screaming deal on a 2014 during the second half of this year.
