Door lock cylinder differences
I am switching everything over from my original doors to the new doors on y 96 f250 crewcab. Everything is going well but my door lock cylinder from my 96 will not fit the donor door which I believe is a 95 f350.
They definitely are not the same but the plastic finger that the rod goes on look like they would reach the same distance. I do not have the key to the donor lock . They look the same but mic out a little different. Do I have to massage the door hole or what . thanks
The one on the left is the 96 and the other is the donor

bizarre.mine are like the one on the right.i had a '96 and it had a slightly different door.it had an extra crease down low.i didn't know the key hole size and mechanism was different though.
