How would this happen? just curious.. as of right now ive spent probably 20 minute total crank time. I went to Napa and got two new batteries and probably cranked 3 more minutes on it then placed them on a trickle charge last night before i left the shop. Guess i could crank on it some more to try and build em up.

It happens but thinking more you still should have sync. Imo time to start check crank and cam with an ohm meter

So, when its cranking it should sync after a few revolutions correct? i have a new cam and crank sensor sitting in my shop. How would i check the sensors via an ohm meter. what ohm reading should i have? guess i could check the new one and the old one and compare

Ohm out the new ones, check that value at the pcm pins this way you can check the harness.
