I have been searching around for weeks to find a small draw that will drain the battery in about a week. Pulled every fuse and nothing. Both inside and under the hood. Disconnected all non factory electronics as well. Anyone experienced this before? Its about .4 amps.
Do not forget that you have to wait for the battery saver to time out before recording your quiescent draw. Otherwise, you'll measure about .4 A until the modules time out and go to sleep.
Since you didn't identify the year of your truck, go with an average of 30-45 minutes for shut-down.

2001. I am still waiting on the battery tender to finish then I will unplug the first 5 or so and let it sit overnight. What ones will be take awhile to discharge? I am thinking alarm, radio and maybe ecm?
Mine started draining after sitting untouched for more then 4-5 days, it started in 2012 as i left it for 3 weeks in 2011 without any issues! I have not figured out what mine is yet, although i did replace, most likely, a good battery. Now i have installed a truck mounted trickle charger that keeps it up when the truck is not in use.
Very similar situation with mine. Once I installed the dome light override switch (and leave in the off position when not driving for a few days), no more issues.
I have narrowed it down to the Stereo fuse, Number 1. I have an aftermarket Kenwood Excelon DVD system and a separate aftermarket overhead flip down DVD player so clearly it could be either. I cannot eliminate one or the other simply by when it came about as I started carpooling and left the car home more so the Ex started sitting and that's when we found it.
I am going to start disconnecting each item separately now. Its just the radio and overhead that this powers right?
