How old is the battery? Using a voltmeter is a simple way to check for drains. You can pull fuses while the meter is on the battery and when you pull the guilty component the voltage will change. I would make sure your battery is not shorting out or that it is not failing due to age.

close all your doors and make sure all lights are off and any other accesories(you can also leave your driver door open, but close the latch so the gem thinks it's closed and it turns your cab lights off). disconnect the battery's negative wire(be sure to disconnect your hood light too) and place a multimeter across the negative cable and the battery's negative terminal. set the meter to amps and leave it sit for about 20 minutes so as all modules can power down. If after 15-20 minutes, you still have more than a 0.050 amp draw you have a parasitic draw on your system. Now you can start pulling fuses and watching the reading on the meter to fall below 0.050 amps. DO NOT replace the fuse after you pull it, just set it aside(but make sure you label which fuse goes where). By reinstalling fuses, you could wake modules up and you don't want that. After you find the fuse that drops your reading, get a schematic for that fuse and trace down the components run by that fuse.
