Probably not.. the body lines are all different.
Why not take an 80s or 90s dually bed and graft the "dent" contour into the bed side? Terminate the dent on the leading and trailing ends short of the dually fender on each side. Do a really good job and you'll have everybody scratching their heads...

I don't know, the stacks on Ka'Bluey sound pretty good to me. They go through glass packs first, then up through the stacks.
Here's a little known fact about the Ford beds. Ford used the same bed from 1973-1996. They just hung different quarter panels on them. Get a nice solid bed from 1980-1996 and weld on new dentside quarters. Viola! You have a brand new dentside bed.
