The Expedition Owner's Guide
Matt,it's gonna be a big job,but a much appreciated one. How about a year by year breakdown of, known trouble issues,what options were added or dropped,and change like when the 5.4 went from 230hp to 260hp,when the wheel lugs went from 12 to 14 mm and then changed to 6 lug pattern for '03.
I recall reading somewhere that someone updated his '03's mirrors to the powerfold Navigators mirrors ,it was a rather easy mod and may be good for guys with unheated mirrors to really upgrade to the whole nine yards,i.e.,heated with turn signals and powerfold.

Thanks Daveplot, I did check them out. One of the vendors said that the disk will expire soon and you have to roll the date on whatever computer that is used to view it back to make it work. Actually, it would be GREAT if I could just find a regular book Ford shop manual for the '03, Haynes or Ford, NOT Chilton. Which DVD version is recommended and how much should I bid?

I have the one that has expired, I just set my clock back a year and the DVD works fine.

Haynes said they would have one out earlier this year, but they still don't have it.
