E-locking diff?
Im hopefuly picking up a rear end from an 07 tomorrow. It says it is locking, and on car-part.com alot of the pre '11 ones are listed as locking
is this just an LSD or does it actually have some kind of locker in it from the factory? 373 gear.

If it is sock (Ford 10.5), it is a clutch driven limited slip diff. On my 06 it was an un-limited slip. Most people didn't like the performance of the stock unit.
Someone could have replaced it with a Detroit locker, etc. I replaced mine with a Detroit trutrac this spring. Big improvement (it works) to the stock unit.
I don't think the E-lockers were available until 2010 or so.
