Correct lug nuts?

I'm wondering what lug nuts came stock for my '83 dually. I have regular lug nuts with a 1" hex on right now but they don't seem to be 'right' for the truck. My wheels have the alternating 'dimple' style holes. Is there a special type lug nut for these?

Does your truck have left hand lug nuts on the drivers side rear?
That's what is called for for '67-84 models.

From the factory it seems you should have 9/16-18 x 1 1/16 nuts with a 90° seat on a DRW truck or van of that era.

Not sure why aftermarket nuts would have a smaller hex.
