Brian's response in this case will go a long way toward selling more of his transmissions.
These forums are littered with blinking banner ads and column ads and header widgets and sponsor forums... that I don't even see, much less look at.
But this thread, with the update on Brian's reported response, got my attention. And Brian just got more of my respect.
When I was at his shop he was telling me about diesel magazines and tv shows wanting to do a piece on him. He turns them all down. Says his business comes from word of mouth from happy customers, & he's still usually booked two months out. He said if he advertised the wait to get in his shop would be twice as long and it would drive people off.
He won't give you the run around. He's a straight up business man whom I have a lot of respect for after spending two days at his shop watching him build transmissions.
