Just want to say thanks again to Joey. He found a broken piston spring in my T-500 and replaced all the internals and sent it back to me. If you are thinking about a T-500 do not hesitate. Worth the money and you cant be the warranty.
Of course most of us already know this.
What were the symptoms that lead you to the hpop being damaged?
The truck died on my way home (luckily about a half mile from the house) and did not start again untill I put my old HPOP back in. I tried all the usual suspects and then decided to just swap my old one back in.
How did you get a hold of them? I thought I had an issue with mine back in the beginning of May. Sent an email through their website and to this day haven't heard back from them. I'm not bashing, I just want to know the most effective way to contact them. I had similar issues when I originally bought the pump regarding contacting them.
SO what all does it take to switch out to a T500? At 300K, and with the original HPOP, I am starting to get things in line for replacement or upgrade. Don't want to get in over my head. I have so far replaced GPs, relay, UVCH, CPs IPR and done the same on a few others trucks...

It's possible your email fell between the cracks. If you don't hear anything after a day or two goes by, I'd just email again.

Just pull your old HPOP and install the T500 HPOP in its place.
