Does anyone know of a safe, public place to park a car in Fresno for 24 hours? Maybe a 24hr Walmart or something? Someplace where I don't have to worry about someone busting out a window?
Remember what this is really all about. The signing of our "Declaration of Independence" from England, which resulted in the "Revolutionary War", and ultimately the creation of this great country of ours.
I hope you take time sometime today to ponder on what it cost in human sacrifice to secure the liberties we take for granted. Personally I will hoist a few this afternoon in honor all my brothers and absent comrades.

Stewart
The 2nd highest car theft rate city in the nation you mean? I wouldn't trust anyone but Jim there.
I'm sorry Jim, but I've been off this site for a while, and see you no longer have your jumping bucking Bronco in your avatar. What happened to it?
Also, who owns that tan Super Duty with the angular painted lineX on the fenders and the flatbed on the back? I keep seeing it for sale on Craigslist, and wondered if it was the same person selling it, or if it keeps changing hands. The reason I ask is because it was in Pismo, either this year or last year, so someone here possesed it at one point or another.
Stewart, you can park your car in my driveway, or in front of my house, it will be safe.
Y2KW57 I sold the Bronco a few months back, along with the two Jags. And will be selling the F350 and trailer here shortly. I made some bad decisions in trying to start a car flipping business, and the business my brother tried to get started with my money has not taken off like he had anticipated, so I am financial trouble again. Was doing some side jobs in transporting vehicles on U-ship.com, but I cannot afford the commercial insurance needed to cover the vehicles on my trailer, hence, the selling of the truck and trailer.

Thanks, it would actually be for my brother.
I'll be in Yosemite this coming week and need to leave in the middle to head down to San Diego, MCRD for my nephews graduation from Marine Corps boot. My brother might be driving down from Folsom to meet me in Fresno where he'll leave his car so we can head down together.
Thanks Jim. I'll PM you so we can swap contact info.
Since I have only one vehicle now, there is room for a second one in my driveway. You, or he, can pull it in first, and then I can put mine behind it. Or, I just thought of another option. I still have 2 spaces at Derrel's Mini storage because I paid a year in advance on them. One is empty because I sold the XJ6. He can use that space if you want. A little less convenient, but it is secured 24/7
GOOOOOOOOD MOOOOORNING FTE friends and Family, another fine looking day out there. What do you mean by "zzzzzt"? You heard a zap? Or it went to sleep and just doesn't work any more? If the latter and not the former, you might be able to fix your existing microwave for less then $10, by testing and replacing the three door and interlock switches. I was successful fixing one of my microwaves this way.
If the former, then possibly the magnetron would need to be swapped, and at that point, the cost to repair would compete with replacement. As for the size, some folks have their cabinets modified for a replacement.

Yea nothing metal zzzzt more into the motor zzzzt I unplugged it for the night next morning plugged back in and nothing not even the time light come's on, I did find a GE Profile 24'' x12.1 x 12.75 I can trim about 1/4'' off the sides of the cabinet and modifi the top mounting to work if needed. just trying to get the exact size may be difficult. I think Moisture killed it from nuking some spuds the other night
