Yes all bulbs and fuses are good my friend. The basics have been covered I am assuming at this point that its the reverse switch but I am not sure.

the reverse light switch is in the top trans on a manual,
and under the shifter on the side of the trans on an automatic.
a C-6 has 4 wires on it. 2 for neutral safety switch and 2 for reverse lights.
if i remember correctly the colors for reverse lights are purple/orange and black/pink.
if you jump those wires at the switch you will get power to the rear light sockets.

so you have a manual trans??
if yes, remove the plug from the switch and using a test light put the clip end to a good ground, and with the probe end look for power on the wires. if you have power, then you move back. if no power, you need to look for a blown fuse or a bad wire back to the ignition switch.
