Need help with new V-10

I just got a 2000 V-10 4x4 with 80,000 miles on it. Its in fairly good condition, but need help with what to check for and what may be wrong with the 4x4. Also, should I get a body shop to take care of the little bit of rust on the body?

vacuum seals on front wheel axles. if they go- no auto 4x4 lock up. check exhaust studs, known to POP from rust. spark plugs, don't wait, do them every 20k or so.
