Looking for a clean rust free 4x4 v10 auto single rear wheel 2 or 350 under 100k miles super cab or crew cab xlt or lariat. Gray preferred but would consider blue, silver, black. If anyone has one they are looking to get rid of or know of one let me know. I've been scouring all the for sale sites and was ready to hop on a plane across the country from Virginia to California and they sold the truck. Its seems like every one I click on is from N.J. and P.A. and rusty or rusty with a plow. I know we can't sell stuff here so pm me. I know this isnt the right pace for this but it gets alot of traffic. Mods lock or move if you must Thanks guys.
Probably only going to get harder and harder to find. Those who like them know they cannot get another new one in a pickup and are likely hanging on to it. Especially where there is no rust issues. Then the rest are like you said, rust bucket units. Also as the years pass on it'll be harder to find an under 100k truck as the last units were from 2010. An 07 could potentially be 8 years old which would likely get the miles up there. Keep looking as something will pop up. Have you checked the commercial truck sites? Sometimes they have pickups on there too. But those will likely be white.
Honestly if the budget allows I would be looking at the 09-10 trucks as all the V10 bugs were worked out by then (especially spark plugs). Of course you may not like the front end which is why you said up to 07.
yes, they are out there. when I bought mine, there were three on the same lot all with less than 60K miles. price last year was 23k, 24K, and 29K. for V-10 LB dually with 4.1 rear. all had new tires since they were bought by dealer at a local gov auction.
Thanks but I've already seen all of those once I weeded out all the 08-10's you included. There were some nice ones in there. It's not a matter of me looking harder or better online I've been on every major auto for sale website and some not so major ones as well as Craigslist in rust free areas. Thanks for your help. I was just hoping someone on here was getting ready to sell one that they had taken care of and hadn't been driven in the salt.

What are you exactly looking for? There were V10 CC, Ext, Lariat, XLT, King Ranch in some of the darker colors?
Good luck in your search, took me almost 4 months to find mine. 04 f250 crew with 69k miles. They're really hard to find under 100k miles.
Thanks Drew I found 2 this morning both gray crew cabs with 65k miles with Leather one is lariat and the other is an xlt sport with black leather. Hoping one of them pans out. I sold my truck then the dealer I was going to buy one from pulled some shady crap then sold the truck I wanted. Feel free to post up a pic of yours drew

Unfortunately there were only a out 4-5 out of all those trucks in that whole list weren't form the salty northern states. They seem to be popular choice up there in the salt belt for plowing or just as a commuter. I'm finding that most of the gassers for sale are from up north. I'm guessing that some of that has to do with easy starting in the cold and not have to worry about the fuel gelling up. I would have to assume that they're dumping them cause the rust is getting bad.
I just bought an '07 King Ranch V-10 F250 with 28K miles and a southern truck. I feel pretty lucky. The fuel system was bad and so was the transmission and a few other tidbits. I'll be getting it into shape here over the next couple months. Tranny will be replaced next week. Fuel system has been repaired. Coil packs, rear axle bearing, and multifunction stalk replaced/repaired. Now moving on to cosmetic improvements.
Took me 2 years to find my truck.
01 super cab, short bed , v10, manual 5 speed and4x4 with 35x12.50x16 tires and 4 " lift.
I wanted white, settled on the black .
Not sorry a.bit

Gotcha.
Ya never know and you may find a truck like mine that gets garaged during the winters in the northeast.
But the majority will be rotten in that year period you are looking at.
I bought mine used and it has some rust but nothing like a truck that lives day in day out in the salt. But nothing compared to a southern truck that would really be rot free.
