I found the issue with the windows and such not working properly. It was a fuse. Could have swore I checked all the fuses already. Anyway Electric issue is fixed.
Your tank is almost empty, could this be the broken pickup or a plugged screen?
It has acted the same way even when I had 25$ in the tank. I guess I can drop the tank and take a look bc im outta ideas - There are no codes and iv done all the basics.
Update - I decided to check over somethings before I bought a fuel pump.
My dad said check the electrical system.
The battery in the truck is new and has been ran for many hours with out needing jumped or charged but I went ahead a hooked up my meters to the battery - I noticed a slow drop in volts so I did a sure fire test by removing the cables from the battery with the truck running - Upon doing so the truck just died - multi times.
I took the alt to autozone and it failed every test multi times.
I got a new alt and installed it - the truck now runs with out the battery's but the issues remains.
I also installed a new FPR.
Issue still remains.
Any other ideas on this before I buy a new pump??? As you can see from the videos - the fuel pressure is 32 psi at start up - upon driving around the block and checking the pressure again the gauge reads 20psi or less and revving only causes the pressure to drop more - restarting will bring the pressure back up but will start to drop over time. I am out ideas.
Im dropping the tank now to see if maybe the sock is clog in the socket.
Anyone got anymore advice? I was reading some wear that a bad pcm will cause this issue.
Just a thought but whats with your mph at the beginning of the video it tops out 40_45 or so as you rev it. Thats not normal I dont believe it is I could be wrong though. And towards the end you pull back in your drive way and you rev it again a couple of times and it doesn't do it at first but you keep revving it and your mph start to jump again. I think I say I think you have a bad cluster they do go bad happened on my F150 I used to have. My 2000 v10 doesn't do that, that's something I would look into. Did you say your fuel gauge doesn't work either? If so I would definitely check out your cluster. It might have nothing to do with your problem but its a shot ya know. Hope you can figure it out sometimes it gets so frustrating! Keep us posted!! :-) :-)

As far as the MPH needle jumping around. IDK - I always thought that ment something but never could remember what. Iv googled it and found nothing on the topic. I will look into in more you got a good point.
The fuel gauge works fine as war as I know. Thanks.
How did it work out? did you check your cluster? I see your pump looks like its time for a new one.
I never really found a answer to the speed meter... I researched google and found that alote of chevy and GM vehicles had this issue. Gm guys claimed that it was some kinda interference between the vehicle speed sensor and rpm sensor. Im still unsure but will keep on eye on it. Thanks.

Sorry for the late update....
I got a new fuel pump in Thursday of last weak.- It sure made a big difference. It does not fall on it face when you drive (Cut in and out - back fire and buck) The fuel pump did seem to help alote.
However it still lacks power - It still has a hesitation at lower rpms when revving.
When you rev and then let off the throttle the rpm needle hangs up around 1200rpms and then slow idles back down. >>>> My issues seem to be matching this guys issues
Im going to go over to the general automotive section and make a new post on the 5.4 Triton and see if maybe some one can chim in on whats going on.
This problem appears to be related to all 5.4s with the plastic intake - Not just excursions.
Thanks guy - any one got anymore advice?
Bad grounds do funny things. Clean all of the little ground wires on the engine, firewall, under the dash. I'm limited on megabytes so I didn't watch your videos. If the tank and pump were filthy, I would put another new fuel filter on. I don't know anything about your plastic intake. Keep Seafoam in your fuel, it will take a few tanks to clean the injectors. Clean the MAF sensor if you haven't. New O2 sensor?
