Brake Hoses Replacement
I'd like to replace all 5 brake hoses on my stock height truck, and probably not with OEM. Have you used a particular set or kit that you'd recommend?

For stuff like that I usually look online between advance auto, napa and auto zone and see which store has which hoses in stock then go pick them up, or if I have time I order from somewhere like rockauto

I replace mine on an '06 F350 - and found them on Rock Auto to be waaaaay less expensive then NAPA or Advance even with shipping: RockAuto Parts Catalog

Thanks for the input guys. After I totaled the cost for a good quality set of hoses, I compared it to the cost for a set of Russell stainless hoses.
The new hoses will eventually rust like the existing hoses. I decided to order the stainless hoses.

Just make sure they have the DOT stamp or sticker on them. I have Russell DOT hoses on my '31 Ford street rod and they have worked out very well
