Keyless Entry Personal code issue
Hi all,
I am a newby and just bought my first big truck, 2011 F350 Lariat and LOVE IT except... I cant seem to get a personal code programed.
It has the keyless entry pad and came with the factory code card which works everytime. I have gone through the sequence to delete any previous personal code. When I try to enter a new personal code, nothing happens. I lock the doors, enter the factory code, press 1-2 (within 5 seconds), and then enter my code. I re-lock the doors and try it but nothing.
I am under the impression that the locks are supposed to cylce but mine never do. Is it not going into the programming mode then? Anyone else encountered this?!
