CRAZY BRAKE/ABS ISSUE

I am having an issue with my 04 EX, about half of the time when coming to stop below 10mph it will make the abs noise and yank the wheel to the right. it will turn 2 full turns on the wheel if you let it...

I went through the brakes looking for a stuck slide pin or frozen caliper with no luck..

I am thinking the problem is with the left front, but with no codes I don't know if I should but a new sensor in it or if I should dig into looking at the toner ring...

any help with this would be great thanks all

Clean all the sensors see if that helps sounds like the abs is seeing different wheel speeds down low and is freaking out. I have an explorer that did this cleaned it up and forgot about it
