Navigation Issue
Since delivery the Navigation in my truck has not worked correctly. It's a 2014 with a build date of 12/13. 90% of the time the GPS location of the truck is about 1/4 of a mile off. If I input a destination and ask it to navigate for me, it constantly gives me "Turn left, Turn Right, Make a U-Turn" instructions because it thinks I'm on the wrong road. I know TSB 14-00037 was just released and covers my exact issue, but the service department at the dealership will not acknowledge that I have that exact problem because the TSB covers every model of Ford, except the F-150. The service department told me that position errors are acceptable and that not all roads are in the GPS.
The navigation was a $895 option I paid for and it does not work. Anyone else having any issue with their NAV?

So, this morning I parked my truck outside in the driveway and then disconnected the battery for an hour. Hooked it back up and took a 5 mile test drive. The GPS was dead on. The navigation knew the correct road that I was on.
Crossing my fingers it stays this way.
