08 F250 Brake and abs light ON!

Did a full brake job a few weeks age. I put new pads and calipers and bleed the whole system. Few days went by and then these red brake light and yellow abs light came on. While the lights are present I have no speedo, no mileage clocking, no cruise, and no traction control. It was weird because the lights would come and go. Then as days went by they started staying present longer. Now they are stuck on. I read on the forums that the sensor on the rear diff and the wiring is where to start. So I replaced that sensor and checked the wiring didn't cure my issue. So I replaced both the sensors on the tranny. Still no help, lights are still on. Both my front wheel sensors are good. Also had both batteries changed. So I had the truck scanned. The shop said the truck lost signal with the abs module. So they suggested I replace it. I a not buying a new module for $500+. So I am having mine repaired. Any suggestions on how to reset my light now and after I re install the module. Like the jumper method? Any help would be appreciated.
