Having problem finding donut gasket for intake on 6.0l. Ford says not serviceable without purchasing a new intake. Any information on where to get this donut gasket would greatly be appreciated. thanks in advance

Intake Donut Gasket: Solved
Maybe I have been driving myself for nothing the last couple of days... Looking for just the Intake Donut gasket... I pulled our huge overhaul kit off the shelf , found the baggie with the International Part number and called my local International Dealer... ( 1836551C1 )

ELEVEN IN STOCK !!!! For under $10

So I don't need to spend the 80-110 bucks with my local guy to get a bunch of parts we don't need ...

I hope this helps anyone looking for just the gasket

Rep sent

Thanks Rusty for reposting that .
I knew that Julie had posted that and forgot to save a copy.

Do you happen to know if the D-rings for the stand pipes can be gotten
by them selves? When I pull the oil rail,2 injectors,do the intake cleaning
and install the BPD EGR cooler it would be nice to have fresh gaskets all around.

I read that donut gasket was not reusable. So I started looking around and found it was hard to find individually.

Job interview tomorrow and don't want to forget that certification card at home.
Always good to show your potential new boss that you do have that FAA card.

I really want to go back to work!!

I've gotten burnt before reusing the donut gasket. Not a quick fix if it doesn't seal back up. But before the one that burnt me,, I reused them before. But never again will I not replace it. I look at them as the next in line to replace behind the rocker box gaskets. They might look ok,, but is it worth the chance?? I try n only get burnt once. Doesn't always work tho. Lol. Sometimes I need to touch the stove twice before I figure out its hot!!! Lol.

I actually took a chance and ordered a deplorable set and the set for only 48.00 came with it and a few other miscellaneous orings and gaskets.
