so my truck needs 2 doors,2 fenders,4 wheels and a rear bumper.
called my jy and they said they had one of each.
door/fender
I also want to covert from eec iv to ds 2.
they told me that they didn't have any yf carbs.
so we are cruising the yard, and I tell the guy that I want to look at every old ford truck .
first a 79 had a crusty yf, harness, dist. and module.
cool !
next we go to a 78 that's next to an 81.
better condition carb, harness, dist. and module.
we go to the 81 and both doors are good.
dr. side fender is good and passenger side only a small hole at the top of the wheel well.
found a chrome w rubber top bumper too.
so I got the fenders 50.00 ea
doors 75.00
bumper 100.00
carb 40.00
dist. and ds 2 mod. 40.00
ds 2 harness 25.00
and 16" steel wheels for 25.00 ea.
im happy

I also saw a grill guard from the last time I was there on a 79...
wonder if it will fit my 85?, looked like a frame mount.
