emissions help

I need help finding a part. I'm looking for an air pump adjusting bracket (part #EOUZPB452A) for a 1986 Bronco- 351W 5.8L. I bought this Bronco from a kid in Utah and all the emissions have been removed. My shop can find every part except this one. Can anyone help.
