Nice straight looking body if you want to just clear coat it and keep the patina look, otherwise it would cost alot to sandblast it. The engine looks shot and not rebuildable. It's always easier to start with something that at least runs.
You might even find an older restoration that's gone past being prime for less than it cost to build it. That's what I'm starting with...just needs a lot of tlc, replacing the rubber parts, and eventually a new paint job.
