He didn't even say that he bought the truck from a dealer, much less a Ford dealer. Dealers usually don't replace wheels and install larger tires on used trucks that they're trying to sell. Those modes are most frequently made by previous owners.
I suppose I'm jumping the gun. But if he has a warranty, he probably bought it through a dealer. And from my understanding if a warranty issued on a used car covers it as is not from factory. Otherwise they are saying they will cover something.that there no intention to cover.
