Need HELP-BIG TIME !!
I have a 2008 F550 6.4 diesel which has given me no problem at all till yesterday...It is a work truck, light duty dump. It would not crank yesterday morning. The instrument panel did not light up, and the door chimes did not sound off. Looked aropund for a while under the hood, and gave up...Came back an hour later,, and it was normal. This morning,, same thing...no instruments...Batterys are full power, horn works, lights are bright,, radio plays, A/C blows air. I checked wiring around fuse boxes, pushed on harnesses, and nothing. I went in the house and looked on computer for answers, and 15 minutes later went back out and the door chimes were sounding off-i left doors open. This truck has GOT to run in the morning, and other mornings...WHAT in the sam hill could it be ??????It definately is something intermiddent...buit what ?? Could it be the body module ?? A relay somewhere ?? HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dan

Start by cleaning all the battery terminals. Do you have water leaking thru the windshield (was it recently replaced?) and into the dash and wiring? Check the carpet on the floor in the footwells, for wetness.
