Front Hubs

Hey Gang,

I have an 06 F250 4x4 with the 6.0L that I have question on. What should the life of the front hubs be? The right side is at 105K with no issues the left was replaced in 5/2011 at 85K and today at 105K the left is shot again. AT 860 bucks to install w/parts I am choking a bit.

What would cause such a quick failure? I mean hell I barely made 30K on the LF hub which was replaced by Ford originally. I am thinking I was given a defective part or the installer didn't install it so hot. I can't see anything else causing that so soon. I don't beat on this truck, I barely 4x4 with it, she's mainly a highway queen in So Cal. I am going to try to fight it atleast get them or attempt to split it at a min.

I watched some Youtube videos on the repair. Is it as simple as they show or not? Trying to get ready for the next one.
