fuel pump pressure 1986 f150

I have a 1986 F150 4x4 and would like to know what the pressure is a the fuel rail.This truck has two fuel pumps, one in the tank and the other on the frame

38 psi at the engine with it running and good vacuum to the regulator. It will be a little higher if the vacuum hose is pulled off or the engine is not running. I believe the in tank fuel pumps run around 9 psi.
