bench seat

Hi, hope someone can help me out. I recently purchased a '94 F150, which could really use a new bench seat. I found one from a '03, and was wondering if they would bolt up the same??

I have the same situation with my 94.

I am getting new foam and vinyl on the seat bottom for about 100.00 from a local upholstery shop.

Much easier than trying to find and install a new seat.
