01' Escape Problem
As of now I know I need to replace my 6th coil due to the P0406 OBD-II code I get. When I run the car though on a sunny/cloudy day it runs fine. When it rains and it is sitting, it squeals a bit on first start up but goes away after driving for a bit. Last night we had some rain and when I went out this morning it did the same thing started squealing, but instead of going away it persisted and after driving for almost a mile I saw my Battery light come on, then my oil light came on a few seconds later, the car made a puffing sound and died. I didnt really know what to think so I called someone to come get me who knows a little about cars and said to try starting it again when they got there. So after 5 minutes they got to where my car was and I tried starting it and driving and I was able to, and I got it to drive home. Anyone know why this happened or what may have caused it to die? any help is much appreciated.
