Possible ABS pump issue? 2003

Our 2003 EB Expy left front was dusting pretty bad. Has just under 100K miles on it, original calipers still installed. So after examining the brakes I decide since the calipers are original lets just change everything this time. I swap all the parts and start the bleeding process only to find what I think the real problem is. Very little brake fluid getting to the right front. Im bleeding with my Brakemotive power bleeder at ~25 psi. All other calipers bleed perfectly. So I pull the brake line off to make sure its not the new caliper, all I'm getting is a slow drip. So I all around and try to find a new ABS pump as the proportioning valve is integral to it. Called all the local parts stores and get the same response "dealer only item". So I call the dealer an he chuckles a bit before telling me the part is obsolete. Luckily after bleeding with the power bleeder and the old fashion way at the same time, it appears to flow better. I went through almost 3 quarts of brake fluid but it seems to stop straight now.

Has anyone else had this problem with getting an new ABS pump? If so what did you do, get it rebuilt?
