Ok, so I had my 2004 6.0 idling for about 10 min with the ac on in 90 degree weather. When I started to drive off all my gauges dropped and stopped working, the ABS light came on and my banks PDA alarm went off saying something is wrong. I was only a half mile from home so I slowly drove home. Once home I shut the truck off, waited about 15 seconds tried to start it but it did not start. Checked the code reader, got code 0675 something to due with the #5 glow plug. After tearing apart the truck to get to the plugs the #5 glow plug has what looks like oil coming out of it.
Cant figure out why it wont start at all, it just makes a ticking sound like it has a dead battery. I checked the voltage on both batteries and they read 11.5v hooked up jumper cables just to try and still the same thing. Plugged the truck in to a extension cord and still just ticks.
And the gauges started working again after I shut off the truck.
I'm thinking that replacing the glow plug in the #5 cylinder should fix it but wanted some feedback/opinions. Thanks in advance.

That's not a glow plug problem, that's a lack of juice problem. Clean all your battery connections at both the battery and at the vehicle. Take your batteries and have them individually load tested.
Tim, that was my initial thoughts, the thing that concerns me is the code 0675 it's throwing. I will clean the terminals and get the battries tested and see what happens.
That just means a bad glowplug or glowplug circuit. Shouldn't have a thing to do with the clicking. Heck, as warm as the temps are, you're glowplugs probably aren't on more than a very few seconds. Sounds like you're not getting juice to the electrical system of the truck.
That code is for the #5 glow plug not working.
At 90 degree ambient I have never found a single dead glow plug keep a 6.0 from starting. Even with 3 dead plugs it will start, may need a few extra turns of the crank but it will start.
11.5 volts is not good for the 6.0 electrical systems. With your ambient temps the engine should start with no glow plugs if everything is up to snuff. You probably have at least one shorted cell and the batterys need to be replaced in pairs. You also need to check the alt. output.
When you put them back in make sure the heavy gauge red wire that goes to the positive term on the passenger side batt is clean and tight. Thats the charge wire. Sounds like you killed your batts with the ac going. Was the fan on high, headlights on to? Check your alt charge rate also.
