2000 Expedition Pcv assembly

I was working on my moms 2000 Ford expedition EB with 5.4, it had P0171 and P0174 and a very rough idle, I chased it to a cracked pcv elbow. Im having a hard time locating the right one since it seems they changed them a couple times and i didnt think to look at how the elbow was when i was messing with it earlier, and she has left.

Is this the right one?

or would it be okay to just change the elbow? this is the elbow that comes up for me.

Go to Autozone or other parts store and from the HELP section grab the #46017 repair elbow. It goes for like 7 bucks.

Is it a direct fit? I read some stuff on different cheaper routes but several had to get creative.

Bring the old one with you to match it. If this one isn't right then they should have one that is. This is an all too common issue with these trucks.
