Huge Icelandic F-350



These trucks are incredible. They're designed to traverse the glaciers covering Iceland which is why it looks like someone fed it steroids on the assembly line. They're just cool. It's photo of the week on the blog.

I was stationed up there in the late 80's into the 90's and those Icelanders know how to set a truck up. These are actually tame by the standards i saw while there. I would love to ship my truck up there to have them set it up like these. They are truly awesome and damn near Bullett/Glacier proof.

I guess it all depends. I know Mercedes made something like that 6 wheeler and in 6 wheel drive I believe the power goes 20/60/20.

Actually they are designed to impress the rich tourists - who probably get a bit annoyed when they find all sorts of conventional 4x4s already there.
