1969's have body side marker lights (reflectors) before serial number F70,001. 1969's from serial number F70,001, 1970/72's have marker lamps (use #97 bulb).
1969/72's have marker (reflector) lights below the tail lights.
If the OP's truck has upper body side mouldings, there are 3 different widths.
1967, 1968 before serial number C56,001 has 1 1/4" wide upper mouldings. 1968 from serial number C56,001, 1969, 1970/72 Sport Customs have 1 1/2" wide upper side mouldings.
1970/72 Ranger/Ranger XLT's have 3 5/8" wide upper side mouldings. Rangers have black painted inserts, Ranger XLT's have wood grained inserts.
