Working on rear end
Ok I'm on my highboy that's been parked for about a year. I knew I had brake problems and pulled both axles and drums. I decided to clean the diff cover at work with the sandblast cabinet. And I found the tag under all the grease and junk. I've look on the web and haven't had much luck ID the number. The numbers are 4 10 D5TA-LEB 603583 12 1 S

4:10 gears dana 60,,,your ring gear thats exposed now,that the cover is off also has gear ratio stamped in,,,,you can pull your axles and count spline flutes.Some 16,Some 30,,worth doing when your getting into your truck.
