Hello, Im new here and I drive a 2010 f-150 platinum (with navigation if that helps.) This morning,on the way to work, I noticed that it wont change the volume or change stations. Can anyone please help me ?

 

It won't change from where?

Steering wheel, manual control or voice control, or from anywhere?

Mine is haveing issues from the steering wheel controls.

Which steering wheel controls aren't working? Please provide me the details, along with your model year and if your truck is equipped with a touchscreen.

2013 Platinum w/mft and Nav.

Top 4 buttons will control the wrong things.

For instance, the up volume will change stations, the down volume will turn the volume up ect.

If I remember and hit the volume down first..... things generally do as they are supposed to.

Truck was put in service 12/24/12.. has apx 45500 miles.

 

Mine is having issues from manual control, and I can change the station on steering control, but cant turn down volume. None of the manuel controls to anything worked. I went got into my truck around lunch to go eat, and all the controls are now working just fine.

 

Do you know which software version you're running? The latest is 3.6.2. If you're unsure, PM your VIN, and I'll take a look.

I updated it last fall and checked for new versions last week.

I also did a master reset last week. No help.

I will pm you my VIN so you can check.
