Welcome to the club, I really like the old school rim dress up trick, I use to do that years ago. It's sharp, simple and easy.

How about a better pic and the story behind it, for the rest of the crowd.

thanks guys

here's a better pic
It's a 74 F100 Super Cab. Very Cali rust free truck.
360, FMX trans, Front dics, Factory A/C truck (not working yet)
Installed a DJM dream beam 3/4 kit front and rear, plus removed two more leafs to flatten it out.
Ordered the powder coated wheels from WheelSmith, turned out Bitchin'.
It's at the interior shop now getting painted inside and int redone.
I chose the old Ford 'Woodsmoke Gray" from the 50's.

been scouring eBay and Craigslist for parts, garage is filling up.
Body moldings, int pieces, tailgate, steering wheel, window rubber etc.
Body is super straight, never wrecked, 116K original miles.
Still need a rear bumper and bed moldings. I wanna do the Halo light swap too.

Welcome! Love the F-Bomb! Love the color, please tell me you aren't changing it. Your wheels are simple and so cool. Lowered just enough.

Are you going to put the factory contour bumper on the back?

What kind of body moldings are you referring to? Did your F-100 come with those thin moldings in the dent? If so, those are great looking.

Please post more pics.

Thanks RougeRiver.

Yeah sorry, the paint looks good in pics but its ****ty, washed out and thin in person, the guy before me rattle canned most of it lol.

yeah, stock contour bumper, dig that look, not a fan of rollpans at all, I'm still looking.

It had the moldings with the rubber insert, have them all but the bed.

Are you planning to paint it the same color, or perhaps have your wheel color exactly matched for paint? That blue just looks so great on it.

Just throwing this suggestion out there, but if you do paint the truck, how about filling the trim holes and going without any moldings. It's looking good without them right now. Clean.

Welcome. Very nice truck. I personally haven't seen many SC's lowered.

When they are lowered like that, what gets done to the rear tank? Add a filler hole inside the bed? Some have trouble filling the stock height 73-77 bed styles. lol, John R. Thomas is looking for a lift to get gas into his.
